Delphine graduated as a microelectronic engineer from SUPELEC (Gif sur Yvette, France) in 1998 and obtained her PhD in electronics at University Pierre & Marie Curie (Paris, France) in 2001. She worked for one year and a half as a postdoc at University of Austin (Austin, USA), where she conducted applied research in thin films for microelectronics applications. She then joined Unaxis company, part of Oerlikon group, where she developed new equipment and processes for the flat panel industry. She integrated Essilor International R&D in 2007, where she works on thin film processes and new anti-reflective coatings (Crizal Sapphire®).
